WELCOME

 

When I first toured the Historic Gladney Center property located at 2100 Hemphill I knew that this was where we would land The Bastion.  Where many saw a dated and delapitated compound, I saw potential for flowing gardens, dinner parties in the courtyard, and friends dining on great food that I created for them.  That was back in 2008.  Today, I am proud to say that my vision has come full circle, and I am not only able to provide Fort Worth with the region's finest New American cuisine, but we have also saved this amazing property with such a rich history.  

 

Our concept is simple.  Real food, locally sourced, shared among friends.  We offer not only fine dining, but rich experiences.  Please join us for a cooking class, tasting dinner, or private event and let yourself in on the secret that is The Bastion.
